DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it. All tracked orders will require a signature and you will receive your tracking number in the order dispatch email.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

UK & EUROPE Standard Delivery - 3 to 7 working days

Worldwide Standard Delivery - 10 to 15 working days

RETURNS

We hope you love our accessories, but if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase and would like to return your purchase, you're welcome to do this within 28 days of receipt.

For returns, email ubuntufashion@gmail.com and title the subject box of the email 'I wish to return by purchase'.

For all customers, we will refund the original postage cost as well as the item amount.

Remember, we only accept returned items which are unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we say "NO!" to you sending back earrings.

Returns and refunds are not processed on Sale item.
